The Haval H6C 2.0T Luxury

The SUV segment has changed much over the years from what consumers thought was an all round vehicle that could go anywhere; to now being the Smart Utility Vehicle that oozes luxury sophistication and comfortability.  Let me give you a quick break down of Havals history. Headquartered in Baoding, Hebei-China, the company is named after the Great Wall Of China and was formed in 1984. This is China’s largest sport utility vehicle and truck producer. It sells passenger cars and trucks under the Great Wall brand and SUVs under the Haval and WEY brands. I specifically chose the Haval H6C 2.0T Luxury in M/T as I was informed about the little bit of lag in the Auto transmission version. The Fast back H6C competes in the medium-SUV category.  It’s about the same length and height as a Mazda CX-5 or Kia Sportage, but looks a little more compactly styled in the like of the fellow home brands such as the Hyundai Creta.  The H6C is bigger than it looks and passenger space

Datsun Go !

A lot has been said about the Datsun Go yet it is still being underrated. I’ve spent some quality time with it and the word impressed is an understatement. Despite its lack in power when driving up hill as it has a 1.2L 3-cylinder engine pushing 50kW and 104Nm of torque, it stuck to the budget and made long distance trips fun. Filling up the Datsun Go is north of R450, which is what the doctor ordered for our current fuel prices. At the launch emphasis was put on the car transporting you from a to b rather than relying on public transportation. And that’s it! That’s what it did!
