The old wise man from the bus

Thursday evening as I was on my way home, slouching on the bus seat enjoying the bus ride, I overheard an old wise man talking to a mysterious humble young woman. The old wise man loudly spoke with her and within their conversation they spoke of ones self, life and friends . I then made notes from what I  could gather from their conversation. Which is what you're about to read. The old wise man said some things become difficult to understand because of age.  Do not rush life exhaust your age instead, life is not going anywhere as there's still a lot you going to experience eventually. When you know yourself you're spoiled with choices.  You're spoiled with choices because you have a lot to choose from, you don't just rush into things like a headless chicken ,you lay out your cards and review your options before making a decision. Not all friends are there to pick you up,some are there to break you down. So be-careful of your  "friend"
